Much more than apples
OUR FARM
The farm Azienda Agricola Collazzone – La Saporita is based in the province of Perugia, in Umbria, on the southern side of Trasimeno Lake, just on the border with Tuscany.
Our company is located at the slopes of the scenic hills of the municipality of Paciano, a medieval village recognized and rewarded by the EU as “Ideal Village of Italy”, and part of the Association of the “Borghi più belli d’Italia” (Most Beautiful Villages of Italy).
This area is situated at a height of 280 meters above sea level, with a privileged sun position, a clay-like soil and a microclimate that contributes positively to the high quality of agricultural products.
We produce mainly apples, wine, olive oil and products derived from apples, including apple juice, apple cider, apple vinegar and apple balsamic vinegar.
CLEAN ENERGY AND NATURAL PRODUCTS
We have always applied the most thorough systems of “integrated farming”, and the “Parco Agroalimentare A3” control certifies its quality.
Integrated farming is a practice for the defense of crops, which involves a drastic reduction in the use of pesticides, harmful substances for both humans and useful insects. These practices include the use of insects that are natural predators of harmful insects for the crops, or the use of more resistant crop varieties.
All of this allows the customer to have genuine and safe fruit, without intermediaries, directly from the producer.
As a further confirmation of the deep respect we have for the environment, our company has been completely self-sufficient in energy consumption for over a year, with about 600 photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the warehouses.
40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND INNOVATION
Today, after forty years of commitment, we can boast a total area of 50 hectares, grouped in a single structure, of which there are 20 hectares of orchard, 14 hectares of vineyard, 6 hectares of olive grove super-intensive – since 2010 – and 2 hectares are dedicated to the photovoltaic system.

Inside our store you can directly purchase all our fruits production, as well as those that we select especially for you. We have recently expanded our store, in order to enhance the offer and make your purchases more pleasant.
