We have brough innovation in apple cultivation to this fantastic territory.

The Pernstich and Maffei families, originally from South Tyrol, have been exploiting this thriving area since 1980, starting with the cultivation of apples, an activity that was originally still innovative in Umbria. The apples, which we produce using the method of integrated farming, are protected by the registered trademark “La Saporita”.

SOME MIGHT SAY THAT A CORNER OF SOUTH TYROL HAS MOVED HERE, AND YET IT IS STILL A STRIP OF FERTILE UMBRIA!

We are located on the southern side of Trasimeno Lake, on the slopes of the panoramic hills of Paciano, a place considered prestigious since the Etruscan times. Back in 1980, our family has tried to integrate the already wide range of existing agricultural products in the area together with an innovative apple cultivation.
Today, after years of continuous quality research to improve our products, we have reached countless goals and we consider ourselves a solid reality.
